gsxr xmission gear fits my bandit

sirs, want to share some facts,  my bandit experiece some problem in its transmission it skips evertime i shift to 2nd gear. we use to find a gsxr transmission kit and install it to my bandit.
walla! it fix well and runs perfect. experience extra speed on its top end.

bandit 400 and gsxr 400 has compatible engine design

now i need to bring back the stock sprocket (47t) coz it gives me now more speed in top end.

You are probably abusing your transmission. The clue is that second gear doesn't work correctly. This means that you bent the shift fork by over-enthusiastic shifting and clutching.

Check your 2nd-gear shift fork for wear or distortion before you decide to change the entire transmission next time.  Don't ask me how I know!

thanks for the advise, the problem in my tranny is the second gear, one teeth has been broken, the original plan is to replace only the second gear coming from gsxr transmission, however since the whole tranny of gsxr 400 is still in tip top shape, we decided to put whole tranny so that shifting from one gear to another will not be a problem.
