Title: GSF250VY parts compatability

hi i just picked up a 2000 aussie delivered bandit
its got some issues that im trying to fix

does anybody know of any other bikes that had
the same carbies BST29SS

and the same engine with the variable valve timing

finding any workshop info on this bike is a nightmare
i have the gsf250vy service data and service procedure but i need more info

i have a complete across 250 workshop manual and a gsf400 service manual (not complete workshop manual)
but these are not the same bike - where can i get part numbers and other vital data specific to my bike??????  :banghead:

The 250 seemed to enjoy some popularity in some SE Asian countries, but unfortunately, those folks aren't hanging out here too often.
