BOSS 2006, Blue Ridge Motorcycle Campground May 12-14

Sorry for being so late this year.   Just got off the phone with Phil, and set up May 12-14 for our rally this year.
You'll like the facilities if you haven't been there before, and the roads nearby are nice, also!  It's a maybe an hour and a half ride to the 'Gap'.
I'll post more information as I get a a chance.
Right now, there are plenty of cabins available, 15, and they range from $40 a night up.  They do need to be reserved, and I suggest to do it pretty quickly.
Tent camping is $15 a single, $22 for a couple.
   (No discounts this year, sorry!)

  Website for BRMC is http://www.blueridgemotorcyclecamp.com

Sorry, just started a new job, and things are crazy!  I'll try to get some t-shirts together, and raffle stuff, if I can.
       Hope to see everyone there!

Pete and all.  Still hope to make it this year but I have to be in St. Louis the weekend before -- so it is going to be tight.  BTW check out http://www.ironhorsenc.com for a M/C campground REAL close to the Dragon.  I hope to check it out while up there, a freind says it is real nice.  I think it opened last year.

Cool, Holly, hope to see you, even if you're on your BUELL!

Dan, it's OK to leave PA every once in a while.  They'll let you back in.

Hey Pete,
Who will be the lucky recipient of the money for the raffle this year? I’ll try and hit Sunrise Cycles up for some stuff if I can tell them where the money is going.

The honored "ball protector" will be returned this year. I would personally like to thank the Robinson Bro's for their donation of the "ball protector" a few years back. Everytime I had a close call and had to grab a hand full of brake and my balls collided with the soft "ball protector", I thought of them.  This prized artifact will be returned to the rally to be won by  another deserving soul who deserves "ball protection".  :beers:

Rob,
Probably all money will go to the local VFD/Rescue squad.  (Need to see who it is!)

Pete, I am still working on my local dealership for prizes.  I told him I could get the tax-exempt code number for the charity.  If he does not want to play, then I am personally going to bring some motorcycle prizes for the raffle since our gaming habits have been questioned in the past.  In that case, I will definitely want to know who the charity is and what their number is.  I look forward to seeing and riding with you soon.   Thanks.

I'd love to come - being a new 2nd gen Bandit owner and all... but I'm graduating college May 12th, and should be in a drunken stupor the following 72 hours.

I guess my priorities are different.

72 hours of drunk or miles of twisted roads for 72 hours
72 hours of miles of twisted road or drunk for 72 hours

I'll take the riding every time.

...and knowing these guys, drunk could still be an option at the end of the riding day.
