Well, it was another fantastic weekend! GREAT people, great fun!  It was truly an honor for me to spend time with such wonderful riders.  Thank you.  You guys and gals who could not make it this year had better start begging for time off now for next year if Pete decides to do it again.  You KNOW what you are missing.  We missed you.  We did have some excitement (besides the snow) which  included two riders going down who got up, dusted off and remounted to finish the ride.  BOSS RIDERS ARE TOUGH!!!!!!  Thank God!
Armor is good.  

 One person seemed to have more fun than others at the raffle Saturday night making fun of my BOSS nickname.  Seems Wrecker (we all know why he chose that name now) had to bring his sweet wife with him.  I will not mention her name to save her obviously faltering medical practice in Asheville  Apparently, gynecologists use a certain product called KYJELLY when doing whatever it is that they do.  She could not say KYRIDER without bursting into laughter.  (sort of reminded me of those witches in the Wizard of OZ)  Soooooo, I have changed my nickname from KYRIDER to DRUIDRIDER!  

P.S.  After a few beers, I forgave her later in the evening and even shared one of my hard-earned toasted marshmallows with her.  I like DRUIDRIDER better anyway.   Whoosh!

I'm suspious of your proctology degree, DR. Druidrider.  You were the first one to help me erect my poor bike with a torn rubber glove on one hand and KY jelly in the other hand.  And by the way,  who kept throwing pennies on the ground in front of me?   Next time I ride with you guys I'll be sure to wear full leathers.  Now I know why Smooth Operator and Roamer had theirs on that day.  Thanks for the Ducati Monster for "Most Squidly Award", what an honor to receive such a coveted prize.  Glad to hear you all made it home safe.  We look forward to next years rally.  Hopefully I'll have the Bandit back together by then.  Damage appears to be all cosmetic,  but since I've got it apart I'm thinking frame bracing, aluminum subframe,..........

Beware of next years raffle prizes, we will up the ante.

I wish I could have made it but I had an MSF class this weekend that took priority and a long waiting list made rescheduling out of the question.  I'm glad to hear all had fun!
