Title: 1st Gen B6 Headlight bulb replacement

I've searched the forum - so apologies if this has been discussed.

I realize this is a newbie question, but I can't seem to figure out how to change my burnt out headlight bulb.

Is it possible to replace easily or do i need to remove the entire headlamp (fairing and all) to get the bulb out.

You can change it without taking off the lamp. You can find the steps in the service manual at  "Downloads > Shop and Owner's Manuals"

Hey thanks a ton!  That manual came in handy.

Remove the dust cover.  Take the retaining clip off the bulb, put the new one in and put the cover back on.

Took all of 5 minutes.
