Hi, this is my first post on this forum! I've been lurking for awhile and have gleaned tons of great information. In fact, thanks to this board, I have an upgraded suspension on my Bandit 1200.
I just upgraded the front and rear suspension on my bike. The front has new Progressive springs and the rear has a Hayabusa shock. I have to admit that I'm much more confident in curves now.
(Oh yeah!)
After installing the Busa shock, I had to adjust the chain. I noticed that the chain seems to wear pretty heavily on the swingarm chain buffer. When I sit on the bike, it still seems like its touching the buffer. This can't be normal.
Is it normal for the buffer to wear down?
