Hello, (This is probably already on BA somewhere but I can't get caught searching BA at work)
Recently added clipons to my bandit track bike. I love them so far, but now my brake and clutch lines are very crampt and I don't think they are going to last much longer being so pinched.
Anyone know of someone who makes custom length brake/clutch cables that are either steel or regular rubber? I have seen kits for specific makes and models, but those assume fairly stock handle bars. I would have no problem sending in my old lines to get "3inches" taken off or something like that.
Thanks BA!

Most of the big makers of stainless brake lines will make lines in custom lengths. You can also get them made at most shops that make hydraulic hoses. Around me, that would be most rural auto parts stores like NAPA & Carquest affiliates, and in the city, industrial supply shops. I haven't had one make me brake lines for my bike, but I have had them make me custom lines for my 4x4 projects.

Thanks Paul, I'll take a look around town.

Try cyclebrakes.com. I got mine there after I changed to taller, wider handlebars.

I ordered my Goodrigde SS lines from a local dealer and had to specify the length I wanted. They will make them up in any length you want.
