I have a 2003 Bandit 1200S. 6100 miles with original tires. Took it up the Angeles Crest on Saturday for spirited ride with a passenger (lots of curves). When I got back (I always check my tires after a spirited ride) I could see that the rear tire was scalloped, with the edge after each "dip", that is the edge of the thread that would touch the asphalt last, higher than the front. I have seen front tires do that, but not rear tires. It was evident on each side of the tire, but not in the center. The ride was about 70 miles of mountain roads with a curve every 200 yards or so, taken at a pretty good clip. The passenger was pretty light (130 lbs or so). Is this a suspension problem or a natural thing? The suspensions did not feel bad: I usually ride alone and keep them reasonably stiff, but then I am no great suspension expert. Did not change settings for the passenger. Tire pressure as recommended. Thanks for your help
