Anyone know what the fork oil level spec is on a 99 1200 S??? I could only find one at Bill's Blade site, but that bike is a "bugeye" He has 4.2 inches from the top. Anyone know?

Ok.....I must be kinda stupid...all I found was the link to amazon.com...which actually has excerpts saying 101mm level...good enough then. Would be nice to downlaod a manual though...

Thank you.....I finally found what you meant....MAN for a guy who fixes Fords I can be pretty thick sometimes.....must be the exhaust fumes.....THANX AGAIN!!!!!!!

When I was in high school auto shop, I thought about a career as a Ford mechanic. Being a big Chevy fan at the time, I figured it would be job security.

Ended up in aviation though... aircraft don't get as grimey as cars.
Not as many places to get a job though.

Job security I have......trust me. I thought about going into bikes, but a Canadian bike mechanic....kind of a long wiinter.
