I'm looking for a highmount slipon for my '05 Bandit 1200. I prefer an oval can and like the high mount look. I've been searching far and near and found very few that fit the bill.
Will this one work on my 12?

I did check with LV and they have discontinued the highmount for the 1200. Not sure about the 600
:bandit: Thanks, Greg

It should, but I cant say for sure. I noticed also at that site this link...

My only concern (as it was with my 2 bandits) was the circumference of the elbow pipe and its attachment to the bottom of the header pipe.
Did you try www.Holeshot.com (http://www.Holeshot.com)? Dale says that his High pipe for the 12 is the same pipe as the 600, except with the 600 , as quoted by Dale:"It is the same unit that fits the late model B-12, other than it utilizes a custom laser cut muffler bracket made to fit the late 600 perfectly"

Thanks for the reply!!! Those barracuda high up slip on, any idea if they are a high mount or just a upward angle? I might end up w/ a holeshot high mount but was hoping for a oval can as well.

Thats a good question, they say "high up", does that mean "High mount?"... I don't know, Don't you just hate it when manufacturers "mince words" like that?. I know youd prefer an oval can (my wifes jardine is oval) and because of it being oval, the rear footpeg, when extended, prevents it from being damaged when, on the ODD occasion she drops her bike!:)..This I like!.
I have the Holeshot and am very happy with it, Im sure you will be too.
