This is an '02 1200 with a gixxer intake cam, Holeshot stage 2 kit, pods, full Hindle system, GSX-R1100 front end, aftermarket tail, tubeless Alpina spoke wheels (for a Ducati Sport Classic), etc.  I "finished" this one some time in 2013:



This is a '97 1200 with a one-off subframe, ZRX1200 swingarm, one-off top triple, ISR masters, GSX-R750 front end, Galespeed Type R wheels, Holeshot/Ivan's jet kit, Muzzy header and Supertrapp megaphone.

Picked up a 3rd Bandit (98) late last year.  It was in pretty bad shape cosmetically, but a runner.


I've swapped out the exhaust (w/Ohnishi full system in titanium), Holeshot stage 2, 1992 GSX-R750 front end and '88 fairing/headlights with RGV tail from Airtech.


I fabbed my own hydraulic lines, replaced all the pads, most of the fasteners replaced with stainless, new master cylinders, clip-ons, Agras rear sets (used), RF900 swingarm and rear caliper/bracket, etc.  Eventually, it will get Holeshot's JE 1216 kit.   Gale Speed wheels are on order.  The subframe will need modified to fit the RGV tail.
