Progressive Front Fork Replacement Howto

Yer, he does do it with the forks in place but, If you want to change the oil as well looks like i'll have to take them off! Any other ideas on how to drain the oil without takne them off? :motorsmile:

Turned the bike upside down but all the fuel ran out! :monkeymoon:

Any other idea's?

Or is it a case im going to have to take the forks off?

In order for the fork tubes to be completely emptied of old fluid, the tubes need to be inverted... so that means they either have to come off, or you have to turn the bike upside-down.

If you remove the gas tank prior to putting the bike in the "both wheels up" position, you'll only lose the fuel in the carbs.  :duh:  :monkeymoon:

Done and done, What a differance they make. Did'nt take long to do and the differance is mint. have posted in the product review, as this should be done to all Bandit's.  :thanks:
