Hey bandit gang!!  Is there an outfit that makes rear sets for our bikes.  I have an 04 1200S.
Thanks
Kiley

Holeshot rearsets (http://www.holeshot.com/old/Bandit/bndt_rearst.html) will set you back $200.

Wild Hair Accessories (http://www.whaccessories.com/Suzuki%20Bandit.htm) carries Metisse ($380) (http://www.whaccessories.com/RearSetsMET.jpg)

& Gilles ($490) rearsets for the Bandit. (http://www.whaccessories.com/BSBanditGillesRearSets.jpg)

N-W-S (http://www.n-w-s.com/bandit/) makes footpeg jackup plates that move the OEM peg bracket up 20mm and aft 35mm. In Brushed finish, £49.95 (~$88 at today's exchange rate); Polished finish £57.45 (~$101). If you're shipping outstide the UK/EU, you can subtract the 17% VATax... making this a MUCH cheaper alternative to any of the above sets. Being a cheapskate, this is the route I chose.

Those NWS plates look pretty good. Did they come with a longer shift rod?

Yes, they did.

Do the NWS plates use the rubber bushings like the stock setup?

The NWS plates are just an adapter that moves the stock plates, so all the stock features are still there... as you can see in the pic above.
