are there runflat tires for motorcycles?

My trials bike runs tires at ~2psi... that's the closest I've ever heard of to a run flat for motorcycles.

Some police departments specify run flat tires for police bikes.  

As far as I know they're NOT available for civilian use -- the tire companies just don't want the liability, I'd guess.

I think the Kawasaki police bikes made in Lincoln, NE had them at one time -- Dunlop I think was the brand.
