on a road going stock 1200 s 03 bandit ,with stock suspension,on a track day,does anybody know if any parts on the stock bike are realistically going toscrape on the track during cornering.eg centre stand ,footrests etc..cheers..thanks.....slo coach

A lot of the answer lies in you riding abilities - good technique and proper body position will reduce the likelyhood of scraping parts. Don't be surprised to drag the outside of your boot first though.
I have scaped a foot peg but never the centerstand with a stock set-up... and that was leaned pretty far over.

Lean angle are pretty good, but you can scrape the pegs and centre stand if you are aggressive enough.
Remember, you can increase the fork and shock preload for track days to increase clearance.

A Hayabusa rear shock will raise the rear 1.2" and that could help increase ground clearance a bit. It also quickens the steering a bit and makes the bike easier to turn in.
