B4 smorgasbord F/S
« on: July 30, 2013, 07:15:37 PM »
Ok, I loooove these little bandits (ive spent alot of time with mine as you can see from my post history) but, I have the opportunity to buy a sweet street triple for an amazing price. I'll probably end up keeping the bandit cause us bandit lovers are few and far between. But, anyway I thought I would throw a feeler out; located in Pittsburgh pa, I have 1 total complete bike and 1 pretty complete bike. Stainless header total of three racks of carbs with the factory pro kit I ordered and parts from another that came on one rack. I'd ideally like my investment back which sits at like 2200 but i realize that is a snowball chance in hell. What do you think? Questions? Offers? Might be a good opportunity for an former b4 owner to get back into it.

These things are like boats...you never get what you put in! ..just the joy of riding.

I lost a ton when I sold my silver Bandit race bike. The motor had more in it than the bike was new. But it did give some built FZR 400's a run for their money!

Congrats on the Triple! It will thank you for all the wrenching you learned on the Bandit!

Isn't that the truth! I figure I'd put up that number so that, in the event someone takes her off my hands, they feel the 'deal' they got. I'd happily pay that for all I learned with my bandit. But it's not a done deal though, I think she knows she's on the block cause she ran better than ever today

Do you still have any of the parts available? I'm be interested in the headers and a set of carbs if you've still got-em?

I decided to keep it all... Did you buy that carb less bike in Akron? If so you're close to me (Pittsburgh) and I might be able to help you out. I have extra headers but both sets are kinda rough, the only good one is on my bike. Carb wise all that I would really be able to part with would be my junk set which you prob wouldn't want.
