WTB: parts for 2nd gen Naked Conversion

Hi All,

Have a 2003 1200S, looking to do the naked conversion.  Adding up OEM parts on ronayers.com comes to almost $500 just to get my gauges properly covered and mounted (triple tree, bracket, covers, misc. bits).  I'm constantly trolling the sites and eBay, no luck yet for any of the bigger ticket items.

Appreciate any leads.

Will you be selling off the stock parts when you do the conversion? If so I'm after the right front turn signal assembly, the only thing is it needs to be from the SK4 model, not the K1-2-3 models as the part numbers are different.

I will definitely be selling my stock parts but I'm not replacing my turn signals in this project.  Unless I misunderstand what you mean by "turn signal assembly".
