Cool,
I'm off work right now due to a rotator cuff blah blah blah.... and the ONLY thing I can do painlessly is ride, go figure!

Normally I work weekends, but I'll see in the morning what the doctor says.

If we/(I) can pull this off, let's get fired up and do 36 or 49, or....

Gotta go to sleep and try some heavy drugs again, they don't seem to mask this shoulder discomfort though.
