Title: New Canucklehead checks in!
Post by: jbrough7 on April 09, 2006, 09:17:49 AM
Hey, guys!  Didn't realize there was a canuck section on this site!  Cool!

Just picked my bandit 650 up yesterday from Newmarket Suzuki just north of Toronto.  The have some great suzuki deals going so got a fair chunk off the msrp, then they gave me more than i wanted for my piece of junk '88 cruiser.

first time on a sporty machine and i am just loving it!

went out this morning and it was -7 C so that was a bit chilly!  the fairing seems to really help keep the cold wind off the knees and hands, though.

I am 46 and live just west of london in Strathroy.

I'm a teacher so I get those nice months off in the summer and am looking forward to putting a lot of miles on the bike then.

Glad to see there are some other bandits out there!

Talk at ya later.

Jim

Hola,

Checking in

Picked my Bandit up from the dealer in Norwich a couple of weeks ago, I've put 1,200km and had my first service at Suzuki of Newmarket. Happy to be part of the board. This is my first Suzuki, came off a '92 Honda CBRf2 that a little girl ran over in a parking lot (insurance write off).
