Parry Sound Sportbike Meet
« on: May 09, 2006, 07:16:19 AM »
Anybody heard about the weekend in Parry Sound coming up for sportbikes?  Saw it in another site but never got a response...

Next question is...is a Bandit a sportbike?  Will the motorcycle police arrest me if I try to get into town with a Standard?

I've been the last couple of years........ good time,  and you'll see all kinds of bikes there....... there's camping and vendors, a dyno, a  rally, overpriced food, and souvenirs....... worth the trip.......         Cheers!  Les

I think of the Bandit as a sport/tourer, if you set it up like mine.  Some reviewer referred to it as a hooligan's wet dream!

"We like to classify the Bandit as a Street Sport or Sport GT motorcycle," says American Suzuki's Mark Reese. "Some people like to call it a Standard, but I stay away from that term because it implies that the bike is boring, or doesn't have a lot of really interesting things about it. That's not the case at all."

What else do you want to know?

Now, if someone will give us a definition of street sport and sport GT, then I'll be happy.

You're supposed to put the condom on the little head, not the big one.

You think you're really funny but you're not!!  You're only like a four out of ten or so, you know that?

I, on the other hand, am definitely an eight!

(PS -  :thanks:  for the laugh!)

:thanks: You're right, but if you keep working at it, someday you can be as high as a four, too.

By then, I'll be a 1 and you can pay to see me when I go on my comedy tour.
