These are fake banks, set up to scam, or help scam people out of money.
They are researched, and confirmed to be fake before they're added to this page.
When you run this page, it uses up bandwith for these sites.
Leave it running in the background for a while.
As the bandwidth quota for the sites is reached, they drop off, and are replaced with another site.
