Labor Day weekend in Braselton, Georgia. $55 for a three day pass and you can camp on site. I have a feeling the Superbike Championship will still be up for grabs after VIR. I'll be there and I'm pretty sure the webmonster will as well. :beers:
VIR prediction: Bostrum / Spies

Absolutely! I love watching Mat come out of T5 at Road Atlanta. That track is such an easy place to get around the infield to check out various viewing spots. Just strap a cooler of bottled water and Gatorade to your dirt bike and you can go practically anywhere around the track. And one year I used Pete's "wheels of death" to make it all the way into the paddock where I watched kevin, scott and the worm running a parking lot motard race. Mat goes very well at Road Atlanta and I'm hoping that a few riders will give him a tough time there.

I'll be there when they open up friday morning. I'll have my new trailer, and camping somewhere in the infield.
I'll bring a couple of popup awnings, as many chairs as I have, coolers...grill......
The trailer has a small generator, but no a/c. I'll bring plenty of fans....ice...water.
It'll be hot during the day, but hopefully will cool off enough to sleep at night.
C'mon out..... :beers:

My tickets showed up in the mail.....
I MAY have the a/c installed in the trailer by race time. If not, I have plenty of fans. I'll sleep in the trailer, and anyone else is welcome to floor space and the music of my snoring, if they want.
I can also bring a spare tent, if somebody wants to ride in.....
I've got a couple of new DVDs on the way, so maybe a saturday night "film Festival' is in order.
I can bring a small color TV, and DVD player.......
So far, I've got 'Girl on a Motorcycle' and 'The Last Polka' on the menu.

I can also bring my Faster and Roadrace DVDs.

Well, how was it? I caught some of it on Speed Channel... I had some unexpected emergency expenses last week, which kind of nixed my buying tickets; which sucks, as I live literally within earshot of the track.
Speaking of which, and I should have mentioned this before the races, but if anyone's in this area, going to Road Atlanta or what have you, and needs something; keep in mind I live nearby. I don't have piles of spare tires or anything; but I've got a truck and beer! :beers:

Beer! NOW you tell us!! :duh:
We'll see you next time, Sarge. How about Wera GNF in October? :beers:
