Title: Big Bend area, TEXAS

I'm doing some research for a possible trip out to the Big Bend area in a couple of weeks, and thought I'd park some resources here.

I did do a more involved write up of the trip, and stashed it at
http://banditmotorcycles.com/bigbend/

The area kind of lends itself to dual-sport riding, but it would be a good winter destination on a street bike, also.
There are some twisty roads, and not a lot of traffic.  It is pretty remote.
I wouldn't take a street bike there expecting endless twisties, but there are nice roads, and plenty of nice scenery, and some 'nature' stuff to do.
