While this is not a 'Bandit only' event the organizer (me) is a proud 2008 1250 Bandit owner and will be there on my bike.

It would be nice to see a few more Bandits there and the roads in that area are some of the best in Canada. Just a short hop from the USA border too.

Just got back from that area yesterday. My parents live on the North Shore of Kootenay Lake at 10 mile, so I got a couple of rides in past Toad Rock...
Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to make it back this weekend, especially with the Bandit Alley ride on the 15th.

It all takes place Aug 7,8/2009 at one of the best motorcycle campgrounds you will ever find, Toad Rock Campground.

Nestled among some of the best riding roads in BC with beaches, hot springs and great rides near by it's worth a visit anytime you are in the area. Tell Mary that Daddy Makk sent you!!
Here is what the KGB is:
2 nights of professional stand up comedy (different show each night) followed by the music jam with local bands, huge bonfire and a wee bit of drinking.

This area of Canada is worth it just for the scenery and roads...now you have a great event to go with your trip.
