Title: 1st Gen Bandit 600 Case guards on 2nd Gen 1200?

 I was wondering, will the 1st Gen Bandit 600 Case guards fit on a 2nd Gen 1200?

Depends on which ones you're talking about. The OEM ones will, as will NRC HD case covers (or any similar product). Givi & Renntec guards are Gen specific and IIRC, even specific to 600 & 1200 models.
