B250 Timing
« on: October 23, 2014, 06:54:19 AM »
Hi Guys

Just want to get some opinions on this one (more to get comfortable with what I'm doing). Done the rings and pistons on the B250, just about ready to time her up.

So... after reading the FAQ on timing the engine it's slightly different to both the B4 manual AND the GJ73A manual I have on hand. I don't know if the GJ74A that I have is according to the FAQ or not, but I'm not entirely sure as I don't have that manual.

Attached is the excerpt from the GJ73A for reference. What are people's thoughts as to what is right? The main difference is the number of pins...
