rear brake light prob. :duh:

when front brake lever is applied the rear brake light does not lightup till i ease off lever about 1cm before it stays on, however i have no prob. lighting up rear brake light with rear brake pedal. :roll:

Going by just that short statement and not being there, I'd venture a guess that it might be your front brake lever switch.

Tell us what year/model bike it is, maybe one of the many Bandit experts here can identify your problem better than I can, it may be something specifically inherent.  :wink:

its a 91 400 bandit and i had a led light bulb at back,
worked fine for rear just the front wont stay lite unless i released front lever about 1 cm.
ok, me hands are covered with grease and dirt.
i checked the fuses all looked fine except the cover which i happened to snap all the hidges off trying to remove it.
then by fluke i decided to change bulb back to a normal unit and right now it seems fine when using front brake or back.
hope this helps someone out there in the bandit world, whewwwwwwwwwww :duh:

I agree w/Zen, sounds like the front brake switch is being fussy on ya.
