Caliper seizure?

Don't know about a rebuild kit per se, but 59300-33830 is the part number for the piston set with O-rings & dust seals (per caliper) and 59300-33840 is the part number for just the O-rings & dust seals (also per caliper) - the bad news is these parts are listed as discontinued in the US - as are the part numbers for the whole calipers. OTOH, since the B6 is more popular and still sold in 650 form in the UK, these parts may still be available there.

I have taken the calipers off again and it`s the left caliper this time! The right one i cleaned up is working fine, the left however was solid and iv`e managed to damage the piston trying to free it out, so those numbers will be a great help!

I rebuilt the calipers in my old gixxer and they were expensive.  I went to the Suz dealer though.  Try the aftermarket.  I think the Dennis Kirk catalog carried some rebuild kits.  The piston is not always easy to get out.  I have a small air compressor and it was able to pop them out.  Use a clean emory cloth to clean the bores, its a pretty easy job
