Title: Linking brake and clutch reservoirs
Post by: clemopeter on October 09, 2013, 10:32:27 AM
Hi, can anyone tell me a reasons why I should not use just one reservoir for the front brake and clutch and simply put a T piece in the connecting pipe. The reservoir is translucent so I can always see the fluid level. I am thinking of using just the brake reservoir to feed both. Someone's bound to ask a reason...well.... the Brembo master cylinders have 7mm inlets and the new reservoirs I have are 8mm outlets. I can connect the two master cylinders together with a T piece which is 7mm x 8mm. The new reservoir is probably about 3 to 4 times the capacity of the original small reservoir...hope that all makes sense
