Fuel in Oil? Fuel is leaking past your float valve/pilot.
Electrics!!! You need a pro or time, tools, and manual.

But if the spark is yellow would it still be able to ignite the gas? Just read it could be the fuel petcock be "on" or "res" when the bikes off need vacuum for both those for gas to fill the bowls?

Yes, vacuum is required. But there is a hidden Prime setting. Take the tank off. Turn to res and then to on. If gas runs out; then your petcock needs a rebuild kit.
If no gas, then its a carb issue
Each time the motor fills with gas; you must drain the motor and put fresh oil in.
So, buy the cheap stuff til you have it figured out.
