I noticed the other day when i got off my bike at work, that around the top of the jug where the head bolts on, there's oil pushing out around the bolts and around where the head sits on the jug. What could be the problem?

If the oil is appearing near the header pipes, the gasket(s) around the spark plug tower(s) is pinched or leaking. Oil that leaks into the tower drains out thru the water drains and they exit just above the cylinder block, near the header pipes.

This is around the allen bolts in the top and around the lip near the top where they meet.

So...if I got it correctly, you are seeing seepage around the tappet/valve cover, both the bolts as well as the gasket area.
1st, check the tightness/torque of the alan bolts. IIRC there are 10.(14?)
If they are all tight, then you will need to replace the cover gasket and the donut washers under the alan bolts. Usually a little gasket cement on one side (cover side) is also in order. (Helps keep the gaskets on the cover when you remove for setting valves.)
Check for loose bolts first. Then wash the area and see if the leaks come back.

You got it pmackie. I thought about retorquing the bolts, but I wasn't sure.
