Thats what my 600 sounds like at idle. About 1100-1200. If i just add 2 or 3 hundred rpm's its smooth. Well Kinda. It does have what sounds like a minor miss, very minor, but its not as smooth as it has been. Any ideas as to why my bike is sounding like a monster cam pro stock drag car at idle?

I vote for a lack of synchronization of the carbs.  Any midadjustment is exagerated by the  slack in the drive train, especially at idle.  

It could also be crudded up carbs -- in particular the idle jets, which are the smallest jets in them.  

Try synchronization first, then if that doesn't help try cleaning the carbs as follows:

Drain the float bowls completely with the fuel line to the petcock disconnected   to get all the fuel out.  Then close the drain screws and fill the carbs and fuel line with Chevron Techron Fuel System Cleaner.  Using a baby ear syringe works well for this.  Let them sit overnight and drain again -- with the fuel line disconnected.  

Reconnect the fuel line and use PRIME position of the petcock to fill the carbs -- start her up and go for a ride.

I've used this technique on quite a few bikes and it works well.  

Yamaha makes a carb cleaner with sometwhat similar instructions on the can, except they recommend diluting the solution with gasoline.  With Techron I've never had any problems with carb parts being damaged in any way.  It works and might with the Yamaha stuff too -- I've only used Techron.

Check that your spark plugs are all tight, I had one loose plug that made my bike run like that at idle last week.

Yeah I got the limited edition alright. It's red, and the plastic on the right side is sun faded! :lol:

I like it though, was in my limited price range and it runs good. I'll get the plastic painted.

Synch the carbs and check that idle speed.
Not sure about the B6, but 1100rpm sounds pretty low for idle.

Also, my B12 did this when it was cold, but after a few minute's ride it always settled down to a smooth purr.

you can allso try seafoam it has worked well for me! you can get it at your local csk or autozone
