Is there such a thing as an extended shift lever for a 2001 Bandit 1200? My size 14's would greatly appreciate it!!

Not one you can buy off the shelf that I'm aware of... but a welding shop should be able to modify one to your liking. May not be as pretty though.

I've seen it done on other bikes.  If you can find a welder with some good fab skills they can make it look presentable.

is there a big difference in the 1g and 2g ? my size 14 steel toe work boots fit fine around the shifter . I feel sorry for you though as I know what a curse it is going through life with large appendages . cant find shoes or rubbers ,hat`s,gloves ,helmets :beers: good luck lol

I don't believe there's any change to the shifter as Suz didn't change the motor.  You can adjust the height of the shifter but not the length.

if Im using a certain pair of me boots they have a kinda lip on the side of them I just use that to upshift sometimes.

best thing is get a welder to make ya up one. prolly have it done in about 2 minutes.
