Title: throttle stop screw not working like it should

I try to turn it and nothing happens i kinda have a idea whats wroung but i am not a 100% sure i tried looking for a pic to see what it looks like but can't find one..
the rubber tube is spining to and i don't remember how it was before any help would be appreciated

The gen2 bandit(01-06) has the idle adjust screw on carb number 1. When you're sitting on the bike turning it towards the rear of the bike increases idle rpm(clockwise). I believe the gen 1 carbs (RF900 carbs) have the throttle stop betweem 2 and 3 which would mean you turn clockwise or to the right of the bike to increase idle rpm. Of course the other way will reduce it.
