It's legit. The bidding has increased from $1000 to $1316 since I posted.

The beginning part just didn't look right. no www and it starts off with cgi at the beginning.
-
The cgi prefix is very common for ebay pages...

BTW - for anyone that hasn't clicked, this is hysterical. For anyone that has, it's worth going back and reading at least some of the 101 questions (as of now anyway) this guy has gotten. What a riot!

That is too funny  ,but somehow I bet the guy that put the $ and time into building the bike is gotta be sick. All gone in a few seconds! Was wondering if he put it up as a joke,(relieving a little steam) or someone said,"Put it on ebay, someone will buy it." And there ARE bids on it! I'll have to go back and read the questions,I just read the listings. Dan

Those questions are funnier than the ad. But, this guys's feedback (http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=andy46477&ftab=AllFeedback&item=-1&de=off&items=-1) is hilarious too.

Winning bid- $4,428.25
I mean, was there a single usable part left on that thing? I'm sure the winning bidder had his reasons, but...
