found a bandit n600 "n" reg, for £1500 (GBP) just wondering if thats a good price, its very well looked after,
few minor mods (radiator chrome cover / heated grips)
and its turquiosey colour. would be first big bike so any suggestions or advice would be helpfull.

I can't relate to bike values in Britain.  So, I'd say, do you feel like it's a reasonable price for what you're getting or is your gut giving you that queasy it's too much feeling?

You'll have fun even if you overpay...just not as much.

Im not to sure, ive been offered a cbx750 for £800, a tdm850 for £1500 aswell,
my favourite is by far the bandit, as the others are not my style, the tdm is to upright the cbx involves alot of money pointlessly being thrown at it, and insurance is the same for all three.
£1500 seems a good price for the state its in and the year, most ive seen sell for around that price. its coming off a motorbike mechanic who is a friend so can be assured nothing is wrong with it.
i just dont wont a bike i have to throw money at and get nothing back. my friend who has the 400 rags the **** out of it and he has spent enough money on it to last him many years.
