Title: anyone here like a electrical wiz and could explain !

The inner workings of a inner rotor charging system with a good grasp on where to get parts or make parts dealing with the magnets and placements of the magnets the windings sizes turns ect... please let me know i have some deep questions! And some pictures to chat about!

Nope, you need a motor rewinder (that's a trade in many countries) to explain/do the actual nuts & bolts of the thing.
If you can get a younger rewinder guy, he will still remember the theory of the whole thing and be able to explain it to you. Otherwise, you'd have to discuss it with an electrical engineer who's VERY familiar with AC generators generally (no pun intended).
