Really, that's pretty cool...
It would be nice to see the close up details, but it sure looks like he did a decent job grafting the quad front end onto the Bandit frame.
Quads were never really my favourite, but this one is still pretty cool.

Seems pretty well done, as far as a small, distant pic can show. Like Paul says, be nice to see more detail.
OTOH, for a sand rig, it seems it would be a little tall. I've seen sand quads before with liter-bike motors shoehorned into quad frames. Also in custom made sand drag frames that are long and low. Still, it seems Banshee's are the most popular choice for sand dragging.
