Notorious Criminal Lynched in Gardanibagh Area

Once again sending a strong message to the criminals and anti-socials in Bihar that they were not going to take it anymore lying down, the residents of Gardanibagh in Patna on Sunday evening, grabbed hold of a fleeing criminal and beat him until he died on the spot, the police said.
Known in the criminal circle as Prince, the criminal who had made the life of the residents of Gardanibagh and Jakkanpur hell for past several years, tried to snatch a motorcycle from an innocent victim. As the victim yelled for help, a number of passers-by came to his rescue. The criminal then tried to flee from the crime scene but soon ran out of luck as the mob caught hold of him and gave him severe beating as a result of which he died on the spot.
Prince had been wanted by Patna police in over half a dozen of murder and a number of armed robbery cases.
The police recovered a loaded pistol from the dead criminal's possession. His body was sent to Patna Medical College Hospital (PMCH) for an autopsy.
