Just picked it up

It's an hour old and probably won't get more than 5 miles on the clock until Monday.

It's Graphite Metallic Blue - I hadn't seen the colour when I ordered it but am very pleased with it - it's a grey blue thought the pictures here show it to be more blue than in real life.

I got the Suzuki hugger in matching colour as well.

Will post more pics when I have time.

Wow! Congrats David, I love the way it looks with the lower fairing on. Very cool.  Looks fast just sitting there!!

:congrats:

Thanks - the lower fairing really changes the way it looks. It look sort of, err, naked without it...

Wow, wow, and WOW!  :congrats:

The lower fairing looks awesome... I can't wait to hear how much protection it affords. I was right all along.... it's the same fairing as on the red show-bike pic floating around here.  :bigok:

The color is very cool... she's quite a beauty, D!

Will you look at that virgin tire.... makes me drool!  :bandit:

D, can I ask you a HUGE favor? Will you post some pics showing the rear luggage rack? Y'know, different views from different angles. I'm particularly interested in how far it extends to the sides, since I'm planning on hanging a set of soft saddlebags on it.

Thanks!

I REALLY like the lower fairing!  WAY better than the fairings I seen on twisted throttle!  If you don't mind me asking- how much were the fairing and hugger?  I really need a hugger for mine- but haven't found one yet.

Congrats on finally getting it- I know you have waited for a little while now.  You'll love it once you get to put some miles on it!

Do you really want prices? They'd be UK prices and no relation to what you might pay.

Hell, I'm going to England and Scotland this September. I'll make room in my luggage for anything really interesting -- or ship it on a slow boat ;)
Post prices and shops!

Be careful - you might fall in love with a non-US model bike and that would cost a bit more to ship back.
