• Suburban Machinery bars (powder-coated satin black)
• Watsen Design LED front blinkers
• Clear Alternatives integrated LED brake/blinker panel with smoke lens
• Powder-coated top triple, bar mounts, passenger peg brackets, rearsets
• "hand cut" CF protectors on heel-guards (and tomorrow on top triple)

I >really< like those levers; I just googled them and saw they're $185 for a set.
OUCH!
-
It's the DeathStar, man! I dig it!
-
Nice!
I really like that painted screen. I just trashed my brand new ZG DB. Maybe I'll do that to my stocker!
-
nice powder coating, How much was getting those items powder coated? Im not sure if anyone around here does this, but I would love powder coated top&bottom triple tree(since mines naked) and the bottom forks. what a neat idea.
-
Thanks guys!
Yeah, the levers are a bit pricey, but motomummy has them for $160.
I was charged only $100 for the powdercoating job...real nice guys.
...trying to get the pics smaller. Can I resize in photobucket?
-
what about powder coating the bolt heads?
-
Powdercoated swingarm, pegs, rear brake caliper bracket. Next, Corbin Smuggler and some mirrors. Painted the fork tubes. I'll probably powdercoate them next year.

dip the whole thing in black paint... it's easier
looks great but don't drive it at night a lot :beers:

Great blackened out paint scheme. Maybe a light kit over the engine and rear tire for more visibility at night and reapply your "1200" and any other messeges you want to express on your bike in chrome kenji lettering from www.immortalgraphix.com
There are a lot of ways you can go with black www.kuryakyn.com makes excellent handgrips, throttleboss, barends, and ringsfor the hand grips. They also make a L.E.D. Battery guage that is a simple 2 wire hook up to the hot wire by the ignition. It moniters your charging system for under or overcharging and can save you from being stranded.
A license plate frame carbon fiber or chrome is also a nice addition. See if your state will allow you to purchase a personalized license plate for your bike.
Just a few ideas off the top of my head that I've used on my bike. There is always performance mods after the appearance mods.
:gatlin
I forgot to mention a headlight strobe for the multicolor look on the headlight ( if your state allows it).

Looks excellent! Going for the stealth look aren't you. If you're trying to be invisible, how 'bout a cloking device. How 'bout putting a sticker on there that says, "Klingon Warbird". Seriously though, I like it!
-
Thanks guys!
Yup, goin' for the stealth look.
I have a personalized plate.
The bike has over 25,000 miles in 2.5 years, and I think few of those are after dark miles. That said, I do have reflective tape on the rims, so that should help a little with night visibility.
I wish I could get lighter/cooler wheels.
As for performance, I'm getting a timing advancer and jet kit in the Spring. They should keep the Yosh can company.
Rubber side down,
Dave
