Keep in mind all, this is tongue in cheek. :)
Quite funny if you're in Edmonton or familiar with "the scene" especially.

Painted with a pretty broad brush (lumping all newbs together but then focusing on the cruiser crowd) yet I have seen those types.... nice folks by day and buttholes when they don the pirate gear. Eighteen miles on an eighteen thousand dollar bike does not make ya a rider.

That is the funniest thing I've heard in awhile! Thanks! :thanks:

lol! If you go to the Tim Hortons that this guy is mentioning,.. the "sport bike" crowd is posturing just as much as the cruiser crowd,.. if not more. Doing stoppies and crap in a full parking lot, parking in the handicapped spots, and making fun of the "beat cops" that make you move your bikes (when parked illegally), etc.
In fact, when I go there,.. I usually park on the cruiser side,.. and chat with them.

If you go to their website,.. "Yukon Jack" does a rant everyday,.. there are a bunch that are really good.

I don't go often, but stop by when I find myself in town.
I'll be the one on the blue 919, or the black Bandit 400 (depending on my mood) parked on the cruiser side, shaking her head at the antics of the sportbikes.
