Title: Good bye Bandit :(

Well today is a sad and happy day for me, I have sold my first bike after many years of love my poor Bandit gsf 600 has gone to another home.

As my first bike I could not fault it, what an all rounder.

Im afraid it has been trading in for a 1998 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-900.

Not as comfortable on the old wrists or kindeys! But boy o boy does she move!!

Thanks to every one that helped me with my Bandit on this forum.

Hey BanditJap, you in B'ham England or B'ham Alabama ( U.S. )?  I grew up in a suburb of B'ham AL.  Anyway, enjoy that 9.  I own one too and it's a blast.  Give youself time to get used to it though.  Where the bandit signs off around 8K rpm the Ninja launches from there.  I rode my 9 this afternoon.  Had a hard time keeping the front wheel on the ground.  I've got sport touring tires on it now, they last 8000 miles but I probably ought to put sticky sport bike tires back on and just pay the cost.  It's so easy to break the 9's real wheel from the pavement.  Today it just spun when accelerating.  :beers:
