Got my 1250 w/ABS yesterday. It had one mile on it. Just out of the crate. Put a battery charger plug on (see plug just below seat) as I charge when not riding. Rode to the local ice house where 150-200 meet and greet. Mostly HD and a few others...they looked but not much comment.
Torque Monster :taz: Smooth  This is a keeper. :congrats:
Best bang for the buck. I will keep this one. Now have 39 miles on it...guess I had better put a few more on. Here is a pic, looks like your's...
My ABS was $500 more, but if it saves me once, it will be worth it. It adds about ten pounds I think. A friend of mine who rides 35-40K a year swears by it on his GW.
I posted last night on the FAQ board, in error, and it seems it was removed. I learn as I go along.

It wasn't removed, just moved... a few minutes ago.
I moved it to the "Big Bandit Banter" section... but here would have been just as good.
I have since fixed the problem with the FAQ, so no one can make that mistake again.

Good looking bike! :thumb:
As Zen said in the other thread, the body and frame colors look MUCH better in your pic that the promo shots.

Very nice! Congrats on the new bike :congrats:

"If you have not been to Luckenbach, your journey is not complete."
I guess my journey is truncated. I've been to Luckenbach... I blinked and missed it entirely....

Congrats George! :congrats: A little different feel from the GW I imagine! I can't say I'm surprised you didn't get any comments from the HD crowd. No comment is probably a glowing review!! Ride safe and keep those impressions coming as you put some miles on it. :burnout: :beers:

Nice. The garage is nice too. I wish I had that much room.
I let a Harley rider ride my 97 B12 last week and he was pretty impressed, but I doubt he'll buy one.

Very nice man  Safe & happy riding on your new scoot!

Now you've got to remove those stickers. I had success with copious amounts of WD 40, a hair dryer, and my fingernails.

I congratulated you in your other thread, but what the heck...
:congrats:  :bigok:
