I realize this belongs in the 'gear' section but i found some joe rocket boots on ebay and want to bid on them. there are no size thingies and i don't want to get ripped off. bought a pair of generic boots before, supposedly a size 13 but they turned out to be about a nine!
If you have a pair of joe rocket boots - are the sizes true? If i buy an 11 US, is that a 'real' 11 , if you know what i mean, or a 'chinese' 11 ??
Thanks, muchly, banditalliers!

I've got a pair of their "Rhino" that are about 5 years old. They're similar to the "Reactor" they sell now. (The old ones are taller and are more subtle in styling, so they'd pass as a normal boot/shoe with the pant leg pulled over the top.) They're very comfortable and the size runs "normal." According to the folks at New Enough, their sizes are still running that way in the lineup.

(I have a pair of the old Joe Rocket Rhino's from 2001 size US 12 and they fit like 12's in a normal tennis shoe). I also have a pair of Alpine Star SMX boots (well had, I sold them on ebay when I sold me bike), they fit fine it just felt weird ordering a 46 Euro...
here's their current size chart:
