I enjoy riding with a group, but over the last two years I've learned that too many riders can be a bad thing.  To me, 5-6 is perfect.  No problems getting through stop lights, and you pretty much know the pecking order (slower guys stay in the back).  Any more than that is not enjoyable.  

What say you?

I agree.  the group I sometimes ride with usually has 6 or 8 people and that seems to be a good number.

  there's a big pride ride that runs thru here on the 4th of July.  I always think I should pariticipate as part of the motorcycle community, but riding with 2,000 other bikes scares me to death. :stop:
