:welcome: and  :congrats: on your new ride.

As for upgrades, either you need to read more or ask more pointed questions.

Upgrades? For a bone stock B6 go straight to the jetting section!

Better yet, proceed to the nearest dealer and trade it on a B12.

(That oughta start a real shitstorm)

He'd have to go across the border to our northern neighbors since Suzuki decided no '06 Bandito for us Yanks  :boohoo:

Shame on you!!  mid-size is the only way to go!

Welcome, its!!  It's a great site and you'll love your Suzuki.  I have a 2006  with 3000 km. on it and I am starting to look around for exhaust.  then I will decide to go from there if I need to fiddle with the jetting or not.

good luck.

Jim

There's still new leftovers from '04 & '05 to be had here in the States... and I'm sure they can be had for less than MSRP, even after tax, license, freight, dealer prep, document fees and whatever new creative ways they can come up with to add more $$ to the pricetag.

I wonder about that.  I specifically asked my dealer a couple of months ago about left overs and he looked me in the eye and said there aren't any to be had!  I only asked that one dealer, though.

Just did a quick search on CycleTrader.com. I limited the search to NEW (only) 2004-2005 Bandits. Came up with 5 results... but two of them were for the same bike at the same shop - and it was used. The three found are in El Paso, IL for the $7399 MSRP, Monroe, NC for $6899 and La Grande, OR for an out-the-door price of $6595.

If there's those three, there are probably more that aren't advertised there. It may be that the '04's are finally all gone now, but there were still some not too long ago. IIRC, we've even had some new members who've recently purchased new '04's in the last few months.
