Hey all i'm new to the BanditAlley. In Jan. i got a 04 Bandit1200s it is new the dealer forgot about it in the back. So i got a great deal on it. I have been doing some things to it you know to make it mine. One of the things i have done was with i was thinking Suzuki should have done from the start and that is with the headlights. I hate that only one side came on when you have the low beam on. So i have the lights rewire do that both sides have low beam and one side for high beam. i cut off the rear fender and did the Taillight with Integrated Yellow LED Turnsignals. This pass weekend i put a alarm on the bike. But what i am looking for a twin exhaust for the bike. Does anyone knowif there is one out there for the Bandit1200s? Also is the full Bottom Fairing i have seen a couple out there but im also told they are VERY slow at shipping i would like to fine it panted stock color Oh yes and a higger too. Well hope to talk with you all more later and any help you all send my way would be great.

did the Taillight with Integrated Yellow LED Turnsignals.
Please elaborate on these two mods... and post pics or links.
If you have problems with pics/links, PM me and I'll be glad to help.
But what i am looking for a twin exhaust for the bike. Does anyone knowif there is one out there for the Bandit1200s?
The only real reason to go to dual exhaust is for the look. There's no performance gain to be had and you're just adding weight, which is why you don't see many outfits offering them.
Banditmania (http://www.banditmania.co.uk/ExhaustWork.htm) does offer pipes so you can run two of just about anyone's cans in either standard level or high level. You'll have to give up the centerstand though.

IIRC, Devil makes a setup that puts dual cans on the same side.
If you search the forums, this subject has been covered before and you might come up with more links.

Bottom fairings (aka "lowers") are available from a few different companies, so the speed of delivery may vary with which one you bought and who you bought it from. I would also expect delays if you want it color matched, because they probably don't keep ones of every color just sitting on the shelf since they aren't really a high volume item.
Huggers, same thing, except there's more people making and selling those.

:beers: Welcome.

Welcome also to the site. The Bandit is a great choice, as I see it.
However, one of the Bandit's best features is it's low weigh compared to dam near everything else. Why add weight and slow your aceleration with a $econd can?
Only two strokes gain Anything with more mufflers, but boy is that ever another story, aka why did Yamaha 350's slay the giant Harley's & other 4'strokes in the 70's races. Two stokes have been progressively banned ever since, street AND race as they had the audacity to win.
Take another look at whatever transverse fours that Do have multi cans. See the crossover pipes between 'em. It would seem to me that this converts the lot into a single muffer.

I had the black and yellow K/R special rz350

Thank you fritobandito for you help letting me and everyone on the board that I need to take a class on English grammar.
Now as far as why I want to do a dual exhaust is as Redo1 said is for the look. I think it make the bike look better and not one side ed. I'm not worry about it adding wight to the bike. I'm not a racer and have no plans to race a the bike. Yes I do want a sporty looking bike and plan on making it look sporty.
Could someone help me. I would like to know how I can put some pic on my bike and the mods I have done to it as of now. So any help you all can send my was thanks.

Only two strokes gain Anything with more mufflers,
I always thought that it was the V-twins were the ones that benefitted from dual exhausts.

Only two strokes gain Anything with more mufflers,
I always thought that it was the V-twins were the ones that benefitted from dual exhausts.
Actually, both benefit. V-twins - or any large bore twin - commonly use two cans because of the volume of exhaust neccessitates two cans to quiet them down enough to pass sound level requirements imposed by lawmakers.
