Hey Thanks!  My thought is, in order to stay healthy and enjoy an active lifestyle (snowmobiling and motorcycle riding) you need to be strong.

I love to work out! 700 sit ups a day, plus cardio and weights.  A little crazy I know. LOL  Oh well!!!!   :grin:

  We have a lot in common.   She likes to work out.   I like to watch women work out.

I know, I know! It sounds crazy...but it really isn't that hard to do.  If you count in sets of 100 they go bye fast :)  And your abs look awesome.  Which I have discovered helps immensely while riding my bike.  Trying not to put so much pressure on the hands and use the strong trunk (core).

Actually, working out is a stress reliever for me.  Can't always get on that bike in Maine.  LOL   :lol:
