Got my new policy info in the mail yesterday since adding the Bandit. Got to wondering what some of you are carrying as far as limits go. Question isn't about what you're paying for your policy, but what coverages you have. This is what I currently have:
Bodily injury liability (each person/occurance): $100,000/$300,000
Property damage liability: $15,000
Uninsured motorist (bodily): $100,000/$300,000
Underinsured motorist (bodily): $100,000/$300,000
Uninsured motorist property damage: $10,000
Granted I don't want to spend a fortune on my policy, but wanted to see if this is an average of what people carry or if I'm low in some areas.

Wow, your bike insurance sounds complex. The only numbers we worry about in the UK is how much the bike is insured for and how much excess we want to pay.

All thanks to lawyers and idiots that drive around without insurance
Fun living in a day and age where you can be sued for anything and everything. That's why it's a pain in the ass, because you have to make sure that ass is covered for any possibilities. :annoy:

You are carrying a pretty standard amount of coverage for a homeowner. You should be pretty safe.

Bodily injury liability (each person/occurance):
$100,000/$300,000
Property damage liability:
$10,000
Uninsured motorist--Bodily (each person/occurance):
$25,000/50,000
Underinsured motorist (bodily):
Not in TN
Uninsured motorist--property damage:
$10,000
Depending on your state laws and your insurance carrier, your uninsured coverage may be *required* to match your other liability.
